NORMALCY HAS RETURNED TO PLASU.

Normalcy has returned to Plateau State University Bokkos since three female students of the institution were harassed and attempted to be rapped by yet to be identified men who in the process; injured one of the girls.
The fear that came with the incident, gribble the minds of the university community who have in the recent past, enjoyed relative calm on the campus.
The Vice Chancellor Professor Malau Matur Bernard and his management team, alleys fears of the students by the commitment been expressed in engaging both the institution's security and the conventional agencies towards restoring normalcy and enduring peace on the campus and off campus.
In the VC's word's: " we will not allow criminality to thrive in PLASU"
During a dialogue with the institution's management security heads and students Union leaders were advised to avoid unnecessary night movements, get whistle and be security conscious which is the best way of safeguarding themselves.
Phone contacts were shared among students Union heads and the security heads for ease of contact during emergency situations.
Professor Matur also made it clear that he will not allow any obstacle stand in way of the university's academic calendar.
