RETURNING PLASU DOCTORATE DEGREE GRADUATE MOSES DANG DONATES ASSORTED MANAGEMENT TEXTBOOKS TO THE UNIVERSITY.

A Doctorate Degree graduate of Plateau State University Bokkos who recently completed his studies in Northumbria University, Newcastle in the United Kingdom,Dr. Moses Dang has donated six large cartoons of assorted management book to the University.
Dr. Moses Dang said he was driven by the by the desire to approach lecturers in the United Kingdom for the book donations in order to support Plateau State University Bokkos because he knows the demands for such books back home and the impact they would have in the educational development of the students.
He said the books which were collected and put together since 2017 could not be brought home due to the outbreak of COVID and the travel bans imposed at the time and on the need to adequately prepare to transport them.
Handing over the books to the Vice Chancellor along with the donor,Dean of the Faculty of Management Sciences Dr. Keziah Yiltohom appreciated Dr. Moses Dang for the book donations which are made up of current book titles used even in developed climes which will save the University a lot of money if they were to be bought.
Receiving the books,Vice Chancellor of the University, Professor Matur Malau Bernard described the gesture as remarkable, commendable and a compassionate demonstration of the desire to help in the growth of the University.
He conveyed the gratitude of the University Governing Council and the management to Dr. Moses Dang for the large book donations saying an appreciation letter will be sent to the donors and a commendation letter to him for making such a huge sacrifice rather than sell them for personal monetary gains in the face of the current economic crunch and hards times.
While restating the commitment of the University to put the books to the best use,he further praised Dr. Moses Dang for choosing to return home and contribute his quota to the growth of the University even after acquiring three British degrees yet not yeilding to the "jappa syndrome"as some people would have done.
